Join us to celebrate the Annual Canine Carnival at Jamesville Beach Park. All of the proceeds from the event go to benefit the Priscilla Mahar Animal Welfare Foundation, which in turn makes donations to a variety of animal welfare and rescue organizations in Central New York.  This is a very worthwhile and fun event.  Make sure you look for the Humane Society of Rome booth!
